Bob Biswas: Ritwick Chakraborty To Make His Bollywood Debut With Diya Gosh's Thriller

Ritwick Chakraborty is all set to make his debut in Bollywood. The Bengali actor will be seen in Diya Ghosh's thriller Bob Biswas. Diya Ghosh, daughter of acclaimed filmmaker Sujoy Ghosh, had annunced about her directorial.
Bob Biswas is the contract killer character from film ‘Kahaani’. Diya had made a short film ‘Neighbourhood Ties’, which was selected at the Cannes last year. The film will star Saswata Chatterjee and Ritwick Chakraborty. The shoot will be around Kolkata. The film will be produced by Sujoy Ghosh, Diya’s father.
On the work front, Ritwick Chakraborty will be next seen in Buro Sadhu. In the film he is an alcoholic who is not ambitious and has no future plans. People including his family members think he is mentally unstable. Due to over drinking he suffers from hallucination. The trailer also shows his girlfriend at an younger age played by Mishmee Das and his fiancee played by Ishaa Saha. There is also glimpse of Chiranjit Chakraborty who is appearing as the alter ego of Abir when he is drunk. In the trailer we can see different looks of Ritwick Chakraborty to show his character at different ages.
Actress Ishaa Saha is best known for her performance in ‘Sweater (2019), Projapoti Biskut (2017).
